Great article. It seems to me the Market trend is going into the direction of No Expiry. Based on my experience, unless the Loyalty industry align Brand interests and Loyalty Members interests the long term impact of programs will be seriously impacted, and point expiry is only one area of this dis alignment. In Any relationship interests and benefits must be aligned for the long term good of this relationship
